lunch: veggies, apple. 2 rice cakes, turkey, light cheese, mustard and bruschetta

snack: greek yogurt. grapes.

dinner: gluten free pizza. salad.

workout: 30 mins of cardio. yoga. 30 mins of walking.

april 17th/2012

breakfast: 2 rice cakes, peanut butter, banana. coffee w/skim milk

lunch: 2 rice cakes, light cheese, tuna salad

snack: yogurt bar, half a light fudge bar

dinner: steak, polenta, salad and strawberries

workout:30 mins cardio, abs, weights. 30 mins walking

soooo much food today. but at least it wasn’t a full bag of chips or cake.

thoughts w/out much sense

when i let myself go hungry and i stop eating protein- i’ve found that the weight falls off.

i have struggled with disordered eating [seriously] for the past 6 years- its sad to think that i’ve spent thousands of days consumed with working out and dieting

now-

i’m attempting to do this the right way, eating all my food groups etc. and its so hard to be young with every temptation and friends who do little to understand what you deal with.

confession-

i think i am depressed. i am crying most days and cannot really stop it. and its primarily about my body. low self-esteem is the worst.

april 16th/2012

breakfast: 2 rice cakes, peanut butter, banana, and a coffee with skim milk.

lunch: apple, 2 light jellos, and some potroast.

snack: greek yogurt.

dinner: mexican meatloaf with cheese, rice, salad, and strawberries

workout: 30 minutes cardio, abs.  45 mins of walking.

supa stressed right now with exams. can’t fit in as much yoga as i would like.

Snack: greek yogurt, and bit of cheese.

Dinner: steak, polenta (with bruschetta and parm), salad, and strawberries.

Workout:30 mins cardio, weights, abs. 50 mins of walking

Dinner: homemade zucchini soup. 2 rice cakes.

Workout: 30 mins cardio. 25 mins mat and weights.

today felt hard. but i didn’t go too crazy i think.
